Not always free, but sometimes it pops up. I usually just buy when they have a good deal on an item I want, and shipping is usually reasonable anyway for the designer stuff.

I got a Saint Laurent bag delivered to Philly in about a week and a half. They ship from France, so don't expect Amazon Prime speeds, but it's trackable.

Nah, I tried that once during Black Friday and it didn't work. You can usually only use one code at a time.
